What is the latest time to drop off bikes?

Drop off is by 5pm each day. However, by prior arrangement we can look at a later drop off or collection of the bikes from an agreed location. The best thing is to discuss this with us.

Do you have e-bikes that are more suitable for hills?

All our MeloYelo e-bikes are suitable for hills, however depending on how long you wish to hire them for will depend on which model of bike is best suited for your hire. We can match the best e-bike to you for your journey (ie. how much power you need to get you where you want to go and back again).

Do you have comfortable seats?

Yes, customers have commented we have some of the most comfortable seats around. We have gel toppers on all our bike seats for added comfort (but can be removed on request).

What is the seating posture on the bike like?

As the MeloYelo e-bike handle bars wrap around towards the user, you sit more in an upright relaxed position, rather than leaning forward. This offers a more comfortable ride.

Do you have high-vis vests?

Yes, we have high-vis vests at no extra charge when you rent an e-bike from us.
